I called Sean to diagnose my HP after it would get a blue screen and crash. He was quick to reply, get my computer and get his team on it. It it kept crashing over 2 weeks and his team couldn't figure it out. We were all frustrated. He was eager to figure it out and worked tirelessly (even calling at off hours) to figure it out, and took excellent care to make sure my data and IP were recovered and clean, but surprised me with charges like extra hours and finally my hard drive (which was the final solution after 2 weeks). It's now fixed and I'm so grateful for how dedicated he was to fixing it (even coming to my home when I couldn't get away). In terms of a person to work with who is dedicated to his work and solutions, I'd definitely work with Sean again. Just be clear about charges as you go so there are no surprises (a good business practice anyway) and having a day or two to make sure everything is working right and all is fixed.
